Five Hundred Salon Inc., a California corporation (“Five Hundred Salon,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”), provides these Terms of Service (“Terms”) to govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and in-salon beauty services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site, booking or attending an appointment, or purchasing any Service, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Site or use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity under California law to enter into binding contracts.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

2.1 Booking. Appointments may be scheduled online or by emailing concierge@fivehundredsalon.com.|

2.2 Cancellation. To avoid a late-cancellation fee, notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled Service price.

3. Payment & No-Refund Policy

3.1 Payment. All Service fees are due at time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments.

3.2 No Refunds. Except as required by law, all fees for Services are final once a beauty engineer or stylist has commenced work or the Service has been completed. You expressly waive any right to demand a refund for Services rendered.

4. Provision of Services & Complaints

4.1 Professional Standards. Our licensed stylists, color technicians, and beauty engineers will perform Services in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with California industry standards.

4.2 Results Vary. Outcomes depend on hair type, condition, prior treatments, and individual response to products. We do not guarantee specific results.

4.3 Service Complaints. To guard against unfounded claims, you must report any dissatisfaction or alleged defects in writing to concierge@fivehundredsalon.com within 48 hours of Service completion. Failure to notify within 48 hours constitutes acceptance of the Service “as rendered.” At our sole discretion, we may offer one corrective appointment within 7 days at no additional charge; no refunds will be issued.

5. Retail Products

All retail hair-care product purchases (shampoos, conditioners, styling sprays, tools, etc.) are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available at Return & Refund Policy

6. Health, Allergies & Safety

You must disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving Services. Five Hundred Salon is not liable for adverse reactions if you fail to disclose relevant health information.

7. Website Use & Prohibitions

By using our Site you agree not to:

Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code, or attempt to breach Site security;
Impersonate Company personnel or any third-party;
Violate any laws or salon policies;
Harass, defame, or threaten our staff, including stylists and beauty engineers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Hundred Salon’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Service. In no event shall we be liable for incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Five Hundred Salon (and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors) harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or liability—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising out of your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in full force.
